This is a really nice foam for backrests.  It is a soft foam that you can just sink back into.  It feels superb with two layers of dacron wrapping it or instead a custom ordered down wrapper.  

Bonus for all of you that are going green!  The 1800 Series of Foams on this site are made from Biopolyols.
That simply means a portion of the foam is made from Petroleum based Polyols.
And a portion of the recipe is made from Soy based Polyols.

This #1820 polyurethane foam is a Good quality product.  The "Good" label is measured by the amount of polyurethane
